- Providing personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Ensuring that all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally, exceeding guest expectations
- Coordinating with other hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and valet, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handling guest complaints or concerns effectively, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Local knowledge and experience are an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
