Hotel Manager - Indian Nationals (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. You must have previous experience in a hotel management role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Manage all departments within the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and finance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor guest reviews and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies for hotels
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
