Night Auditor

Overview

Night Auditor for Luxury Hotel in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and guest accounts during the overnight shift. You will also provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.

• Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and balance all daily transactions
• Verify and post all sales and expenses from various hotel departments
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial data
• Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
• Assist with auditing room rates, charges, and taxes on guest accounts
• Monitor guest accounts for any discrepancies or unpaid balances

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of hotel accounting systems such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
