Successful candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of firefighting experience, including proficiency in emergency operations and technical equipment usage. Responsibilities include directing the watch's routine and emergency duties and participating in community safety drills. Candidates must also possess relevant firefighter certifications and intermediate English language skills, both spoken and written.
