• Supplier invoice data entry into TRAX for processing supplier payments.
• Resolve issues with open, hold and authorized invoice status in TRAX.
• Process invoices/payments as per Qatar Airways orders/contract in compliance with financial policies.
• Ensure postings into the correct financial general ledger accounts for proper accounting and reporting.
• Interact with Technical Supply Chain and Accounts Payable departments to resolve queries on discrepant invoices.
• Review open, hold, authorized and close status reports to reduce lag and avoid payment delays.
• Validate and support invoice verification and payment processing as per due date, meeting supplier payment terms.
• Prepare financial daily/weekly/monthly reports with relevant documents for payment/settlement submission.
• Provide required data and documentation in support of internal and external audits.

• High school qualification with minimum 2 years of job‑related experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form; well‑developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
