** The Role &

Key Responsibilities:

*** Support the onboarding of fund, SPV and corporate structures, including coordination of documentation, KYC/AML requirements, and internal approvals.
* Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external service providers (legal, auditors, banks, sharia advisors)
* Assist in structuring discussions for open-ended and closed-ended funds, corporate vehicles and special purpose structures.
* Support the development and refinements of Apex’s regional service offerings, including fund administration, corporate services, governance, and family office solutions
* Track pipeline activity and support internal coordination to progress opportunities from initial discussion through onboarding.

* Skills Required:

*** At least 2-3 years plus experience preferably in fund administration, corporate services, professional services, consulting or financial services, preferably in a client-facing or onboarding role.
* Understanding of fund and corporate structures, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds (PE/VC), SPVs, and holding companies
* Exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory documentation.
* Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or client pitches is strongly preferred.
* Interest in or exposure to Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant structures is an advantage.
* Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience is required).
* Proactive and willing to drive things forward.
* An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
* Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
* Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.
* A participative management style that aims to motivate staff and develop their skills and capabilities.
