Job SummaryTo Manage all the reports pertaining to Allocation/Provisioning with high level of accuracy, act as UAT tester for collection improvements and enhancement automation projects. Blacklisting clients on system.
Key Accountabilities- Act as UAT tester for Collection Initiatives related to automation and enhancement Managing.
- Blacklisted Customer data both on Equation and Prime to ensure most updated data is available in the system to support Bank’s credit decision.
- Develop Quality Policy and Standards for the Department.
- Allocating cases to the team and sharing the status/updates/payments with the team.
- Continuous monitoring /Analysis and sharing reports with the Line Manager.
- Regular Clean up and updates on system to be maintained.
- Managing payments received from Insurance company and crediting it to the respective clients.
- Reconciliation of Suspense Accounts.
- To manage all posting entries pertaining to Provisions and Recovery.
- To manage Agency payments.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Equivalent
Required Experience:
3-5 years’ Experience in Banking position
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Arabic speaker (verbal and written) is a plus
Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure.
