Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL for analyzing transactional and financial datasets
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Ability to design dashboards and MIS reports for:
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre
SQL) - Strong command of Excel for financial analysis and reconciliation
- Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformations
- Understanding of payments, remittance, FX, cards, or digital banking workflows
- Familiarity with financial KPIs
: - Ability to reconcile transaction-level data across systems
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into accurate, actionable dashboards
- Perform root-cause analysis on transaction failures and discrepancies
- Support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Validate data consistency across multiple source systems
- Exposure to ledger, settlement, and reconciliation reports is a plus
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (QCB, AML, KYC, audit)
- Basic Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience with payment gateways, core banking, or remittance platforms
- Exposure to data warehousing and dimensional modeling
- Experience building regulatory or audit reports
- Understanding of data privacy and access controls
- 1–4 years of experience
in BI, data analysis, or MIS roles within fintech, banking, or payments - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
