Job Description & SummaryAt PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.
Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.
