Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the accounting team with day-to-day responsibilities
• Develop and manage cost accounting systems to track and analyze manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls that comply with business needs
• Work with all functions to develop and implement key business processes and appropriate controls.
• Coordinating and owning the budget process (actual vs. budget analysis)
• Providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial ratios. Manage the preparation and consolidation of the monthly financial statements.
• Manage the audit and prepare the audit report with external corporate auditors.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Ensures general ledger accounts are maintained in accordance with general accepted accounting principles.
• Manage all aspects of the tax reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with the company's tax advisors on all related aspects and management to develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and information flow.
• Monitor raw material cost by job order and map bill of materials (BOM) objectives in line with managing the daily cash position, cash forecast, cash flow, and working capital reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) would be a plus.
• With at least 7 years' experience in a factory setting, with expertise in the wardrobe, kitchen, fit out, and joinery sectors in the GCC.
