Overview
Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Economics, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Forecast, Cost Breakdown Profile (CBP), Cost Reports, Reporting monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals, Cost Trending / Variance Analysis, minimise budget overspending / under spending, Risk Analysis and highlighting areas of concern for management consideration and action.
Experience
* Minimum of 12 years Oil & gas industry experience.
* Expert knowledge on all Cost Engineering activities including Cost estimation at various phases of the Project, Cost Phasing, Cost Monitoring and Analysis, Cost Forecasting, Cost Trending, Cost Reporting, Budget / AFE preparation, etc.
* Should be a great team player.
* Should be proficient in spoken and written English.
* Should be very well conversant with world class Cost Estimating Software, SAP and able to import best practices to Qatar Energy in this area.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office;
Excel, Power Point etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance Discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
