Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Specialist to support offshore commissioning activities on an oil and gas project. The role is focused on ensuring all commissioning activities are conducted safely and in accordance with project requirements.
Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments, develop HSE policies, lead safety training, and perform site inspections
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems; requires diploma in related field and strong safety focus
- Support OHS policy development, conduct risk assessments, and oversee safety management; candidates must have NEBOSH certification and local availability
- Develop and implement HSE policies, conduct audits, lead training, ensure compliance, and promote safety culture
- Assist in implementing HSES programs, ensuring safety compliance, conducting assessments, and promoting safety procedures
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitor and implement health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct site inspections, and report incidents in civil construction projects
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental management for oil and gas EPC projects, requiring NEBOSH certification and leadership experience in large projects
- Conduct environmental monitoring, manage waste compliance, prepare reports, lead incident investigations, and implement environmental programs
- Responsible for implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with Qatar Energy and RLIC standards
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field; NEBOSH certification strongly preferred
- Diploma in a related technical field for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting roles
- Strong safety focus and ability to lead safety initiatives and training
- Local availability and ability to support offshore oil and gas projects
