COMMISSIONING COORDINATOR

• Lead, manage, and maintain the Completions Management System (CMS) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer and validate systemization, check sheets, punch lists, verification records, and engineering parameters.
• Review and approve contractor completions plans, procedures, test packs, loop packs, and completion dossiers.
• Track completion progress and generate daily/weekly reports on system status, punch lists, and turnovers.
• Ensure all deliverables meet requirements for RFPC, RFSU, and Final Handover Certificates.
• Coordinate mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Support development and implementation of system boundaries, completion strategies, and turnover execution plans.
• Oversee contractor execution to ensure compliance with project and QA/QC standards.
• Manage the end-to-end handover process, securing full transfer of tools, equipment, licenses, guarantees, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate technical records and manage punch lists, isolations/spading, overrides, and operator witness activities.

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 7 years in completions/commissioning coordination.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover in large EPIC projects.
• Proficient in CMS tools such as Hexagon, OMEGA 365, or equivalent.
• Able to manage multiple activities, resolve interface issues, and communicate effectively in multi-discipline teams.
• Offshore oil & gas experience preferred.
