Senior Analyst - Environment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Analyst to support our environmental strategy, compliance programs, and sustainability reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, hands‑on environmental project experience, and a passion for driving measurable environmental performance across the organization.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar.

• Support environment team in driving the implementation of the organization’s environment strategy.
• Drive continual improvement in environmental performance through engagement with operational departments and business units.
• Support engagements with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organization’s profile in environmental performance.
• Ensure the correct implementation of protocols for environmental data collection, verification, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
• Support environment reporting in line with international and local standards and global best practices (e.g., GRI, ESG Guidance).
• Promote a positive culture of sustainability through communications and participation in initiatives and activities.
• Identify non‑compliance with regulatory obligations, international standards, and internal HSSEQ procedures through periodic audits and inspections.
• Report on environmental performance to line manager.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in an environment‑related subject, or in any subject with further qualification in an environment‑related subject.
• Auditor qualification (preferred Lead Auditor) for ISO
  14001 framework.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience working with data.
• MENA experience an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web applications.
• Fluent spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of international best practices in environmental management.
• Skills in data analysis, auditing, and inspections.
