- Lead internal interface activities under guidance of Interface Manager, coordinating across engineering disciplines, EPCC Contractor teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify and define all internal interfaces and tie‑ins during concept and design phases, ensuring clarity in EPCC Contract and alignment with project execution plans.
- Raise principle decisions based on Concept Study Report to initiate internal coordination and project alignment.
- Launch internal projects based on approved concept studies and ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Conduct monthly coordination and follow‑up meetings with Projects Department to track progress of internal projects and tie‑ins.
- Follow up on principle decisions and internal projects to ensure timely delivery of internal interfaces.
- Monitor execution of internal projects to ensure they progress as per approved timelines and budgets.
- Flag delays or risks to Project Director and work with stakeholders to design and implement mitigation actions.
- Ensure scope related to internal interfaces is clearly understood, properly planned, and implemented during engineering and construction phases.
- Monitor adherence to mechanical completion requirements, interface milestones, and overall project schedule.
- Review internal tie‑in plans and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, commissioning, maintenance) to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Work closely with discipline engineers (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, etc.) to validate and document all internal interface points.
- Ensure technical integrity and traceability of internal interfaces throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Monitor all critical path activities related to internal interfaces and ensure alignment with commissioning‑driven schedules.
- Identify, report, and track risks associated with internal interface activities, and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with Interface Manager and Project Controls.
- Escalate delays and deviations to Project Director and ensure recovery plans agreed and implemented.
- Ensure all internal interface activities meet Project quality standards, technical specifications, and good engineering practices.
- Verify that all process technologies, tie‑ins, and operational aspects are implemented correctly and safely, ensuring readiness for commissioning and operation.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation of internal interface activities.
- Manage the interface register ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three‑year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in planning integrated activities in offshore/on‑field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills, computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma / Technical certificate in Discipline.
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in petrochemical, refining, oil/gas exploration and/or production industries in a similar role.
- Long‑term contract with attractive daily rate.
