- Generate sales for HVAC products, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Identify and secure HVAC project opportunities (commercial, residential, industrial).
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and end users to promote company solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and expand client portfolio.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (products, maintenance & projects).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, FCU, ducting, ventilation, etc.).
- Experience handling project tenders and maintenance contracts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
