Project Controls Division Manager

• Contract duration - 3 years
• Rotations - 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off (unpaid)
• Job location - Raslaffan

• To lead and govern the Project Controls function, ensuring accurate and timely control of cost, schedule, progress, and risk in alignment with approved baselines and compliance with standardised processes.
• The role provides oversight of EPC performance, safeguards budget and milestone commitments, and delivers reliable reporting and insights to support informed decision making and successful project delivery.

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

• 12 years experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., project management, engineering, construction, procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of Project Management leadership in a Major Oil & Gas Project.
• Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
• Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.
• Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.
• Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies. Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
