Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems, particularly in high‑rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and technical evaluations for facility management contracts.
Responsibilities- Prepared detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
- Analyzed drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems
- Prepared BOQs, material take‑offs, and pricing sheets
- Conducted site visits for assessment and scope verification
- Coordinated with procurement team for vendor quotations
- Evaluated subcontractor proposals and negotiated pricing
- Prepared tender documents and commercial submissions
- Identified cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Assisted in variation cost estimation and project budgeting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in MEP/FM estimation
- Proven experience in High‑Rise Building Estimation Projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting)
- Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Strong analytical and cost control skills
