E-PTW Coordinator

- Permit Management
- Administer and control the electronic PTW system for all site activities.
- Issue, review, and validate permits ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Track suspended or incomplete permits and ensure proper closure.
- Safety & Compliance
- Conduct risk assessments before issuing permits.
- Ensure all permits meet HSE requirements and quality standards.
- Act as the focal point for safety officers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Coordination
- Liaise with construction, operations, and maintenance teams to avoid conflicting permits.
- Support the Control Room/Permit Office in daily operations.
- Provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors on PTW procedures.
- Documentation
- Verify supporting documents (certificates, isolation plans, risk assessments).
- Maintain accurate records of permits issued, suspended, and closed.
- Report PTW-related KPIs to management.
- Education
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline.
- Certification in HSE, risk management, or PTW systems (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects, depending on seniority.
- Prior exposure to construction, commissioning, or operations environments.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PTW systems (manual and electronic).
- Familiarity with EPC project workflows and safety protocols.
- Ability to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
- Ability to handle multi-stakeholder environments under pressure.
