• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
• Analytical thinking combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work under pressure and to a strict deadline.
• Capability to collaborate closely with hardware/RF/firmware/FPGA and software development team.
• Capability to identify potential issues in a system configuration, and action corrective action.
• Detail-oriented person which is capable to focus on the micro and macro level of a product.
• Have a good understanding of multi discipline system which include, RF, power, electronics and software.
• Experienced in measurements using lab equipment including but not limited to Spectrum analyser, network analyser, signal generator, thermal camera’s, multimeters, datacapture.
• Must be driven and able to work on his own as part of a team.
• Product focused, able to identify weaknesses of a system and plan for a solution to mitigate system weaknesses.
• Must have experience with Bill of materials generation, first article inspection, production standby with manufacturing issues.
• Must be able to work with operations on product handover.
• Verify quality and system readiness for handover to operations department, and focus on long term support.
• Experience with Altium PCB designer.
• Prior experience to military equipment development is required.

• Experience with Jetson modules/FPGA is a bonus.
• Python/MATLAB or C+ knowledge would be a bonus.
• Experience with Jammers or Spoofers and is a big benefit.
• Have some software back ground or coding experience.
• AWR experience is bonus.
