Planning Manager

The Planning Manager will lead and oversee all project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities for multi-discipline projects, ensuring timely execution, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with project objectives. The role requires strong expertise in EPC/Oil & Gas project planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination, preferably with GCC project exposure.

• Oversee end-to-end planning and scheduling activities for multi-discipline projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams to define scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and KPIs.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and budget resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide periodic progress reports, performance analysis, and management updates.
• Align planning activities with project managers, department heads, and executives.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and planning insights.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant discipline).
• 10–15 years of experience in planning for multi-discipline projects.
• Proven experience in EPC and Oil & Gas projects.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools and scheduling methodologies.
• Ability to manage large-scale project schedules and cross-functional teams.
