We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer to lead design activities on major Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools and processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• 8 years of relevant experience in Design Engineering of Oil & Gas projects with at least 4 years experience in Qatar
• Must be registered with MMUP grade (C)
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards (in line with Qatar Energy)
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing);
  Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to plan, design, and execute engineering projects based on technical specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and decision‑making abilities

• Prepare & review reports, technical documentation, cost & manpower estimates, and risk assessments (TBE, Vendor packages, etc.)
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Provide engineering solutions to problems encountered during construction or operations
• Participate in progress meetings, quality checks, and audits
• Apply continuous improvement and innovation principles to project work
• Actively train and encourage the development of staff to fulfil process and systems engineering roles
• Participate in discipline‑specific design reviews, model reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, and engineering best practices as applicable
• Judicious allocation of workload to ensure optimum utilization of resources
