Overview

• Maintain equipment documentation or movable lists, drawings and input to the database for the new equipment.
• Ensure SAP records are updated, and provide all the technical records, according to ISO standards.
• Provide technical assistance.
• Troubleshooting on plant equipment job responsibilities, coaching, appraising performance and developing staff.
• Contractor work.
• Schedule workloads and set priorities including inspection of operational availability and reliability at all times.
• Manage the work of assigned personnel including allocation of operational availability and reliability at all times.
• Directs, inspects and coordinates maintenance work on Oil & Gas stations, powered water injection, gas lift and wellhead, ensuring prompt maintenance.

• Management skills.
• Engineering and project leadership and motivational skills, good knowledge of capacity.
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in similar equipment in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the maintenance of various plant equipment.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is minimum.
• Must have satisfied the academic requirements for Chartered Engineers status or equivalent.
