Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting for large-scale roads, drainage, and utilities projects.
• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and oversee procurement.
• Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Provide commercial advice, value engineering input, and risk management support.
• Liaise with Ashghal, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve commercial issues.

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional membership (MRICS, MCIArb) preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience (5+ in infrastructure projects in the Middle East).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
