• Prime responsibility for planning daily maintenance activities to ensure right-first-time job performance, maximizing equipment reliability and improving tool time and work quality.
• Plan and coordinate labor and non-labor resources, including materials and services, to prevent delays.
• Develop systematic, efficient, economical forecasted maintenance job plans.
• Independently develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance job planning.
• Manage spares and materials.
• Report work progress.
• Prepare annual look-ahead plans and drive cost optimization.

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Electrical (12+4 years). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry (minimum 6 years overall).
• Hands‑on experience with the Work Order part of the EAM (SAP) module, preferably SAP S4-HANA. Proficient in order planning, purchase requisition, service entry sheets, call‑off orders, service orders, and maintenance related master data creation, updation, and deletion.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Good interpersonal, organizational skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
