Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering division (civil, MEP, utilities).
- Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, and local authority regulations.
- Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.
- Implement quality, safety, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive value engineering, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies (e.g., BIM).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles.
- Strong background in construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory/government authorities.
- Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects.
