Overview
ISS International SpA is looking for Commissioning Leaders for an Offshore Project in China and Qatar. The activity is scheduled to start in February/March 2026 for approximately 4 months at the EPC Contractor's Yard in Tianjin (China), before moving offshore to Qatar until June 2027, with a possible extension.
Responsibilities- Lead all site commissioning activities from mechanical completion through start-up and handover
- Coordinate commissioning activities across disciplines
- Ensure systems are commissioned in accordance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage interface between construction completion and operational readiness
- Assist Comm Manager identifying commissioning risks and implement mitigation plans
- Lead commissioning meetings and provide clear progress reporting to project leadership
- Oversee functional testing, performance testing, and system acceptance
- Support training of operations and maintenance personnel during handover
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with site safety and environmental standards
- At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries with particular emphasis in Upstream
- Experience in at least one major Oil & Gas Offshore project in Commissioning Leading/Coordination roles
- English fluent
- Valid BOSIET/TBOSIET
- Estimated Beginning:
February/March 2026 - Duration: 4 months, with possible extension
- Rotation: 90 days ON / 16 days OFF
- Working
Schedule:
8 hours per day / 5 days per week - Logistics: fully provided in-city accommodation
- Duration: till June 2027, with possible extension
- Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
- Working
Schedule:
12 hours per day / 7 days per week
