Location: Qatar (Onshore/Offshore as per project requirements)
Project Duration: Minimum 1 year (extendable based on performance and project needs)
Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off (or as per project policy)
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inspection and surveillance of piping fabrication, erection, and testing activities.
Ensure all piping works comply with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and international standards.
Monitor welding, fit-up, hydrotesting, painting, and final reinstatement activities.
Review piping isometrics, material test certificates, and welding records.
Verify that consumables, materials, and equipment conform to specifications.
Report deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain daily inspection logs, prepare reports, and coordinate with construction/QA-QC teams.
Mandatory Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 15 years of experience in piping inspection within oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and relevant piping codes & standards.

Certifications:
CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 (Welding Inspector Piping)
Certification in Conventional NDT Methods (RT, UT, MT, PT).
Demonstrated experience in piping fabrication, erection, and pressure testing.
Fluent in English with strong reporting and communication skills.
Preferred / Advantageous CertificationsAPI 570 (Piping Inspector).
PCN/ASNT NDT Certificates (e.g., PAUT, TOFD).
Offshore safety certifications (Valid Offshore Medical, BOSIET/TBOSIET, H2S).
