HSE Officer - Doha, Qatar

• Job Purpose:
  
  HSE Officer assists the Safety Engineer on site in the implementation and administration of safety, health and environmental protection. The safety officer is responsible for the monitoring of the contractor’s work practices and procedures both on the construction site as well as the site offices, stores, labour camps, etc and also the surrounding public areas which may be affected by the project.
• Conducts reviews of potential risks on the project and identifies potential mitigation measures.
• Responsible for inspection of the construction areas, and ensures compliance with the project safety requirements as laid down by the approved contractor and CH2M HILL safety plans.
• Ensures all CH2M HILL safety policies are implemented on site and adhered to by all parties involved in the project.
