• Preparation of BOM & Cost Estimation and Ordering on Factory &/or Vendors, etc

• Detailed Engineering for Panel Build
• Participation in FAT

• Application Development
• Verification of accuracy of Application
• Participation in FAT

• Hands-On Commissioning of Foxboro DCS & associated system/s at site
• Liaising & leading 3rd party system engineers for interfacing with DCS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
• Fluent in English
• 4-6 Years of Experience in similar role

• FEED and Detailed Engineering of the Process Control System and associated Panels
• MESH Control network interface and Tie-Ins
• Detail Engineering of Hardware & Software for the Integrated Control Systems (DCS)
• Design basis for Instrumentation & controls scope of work
• Specification for Integrated Control Systems etc.,
• Finalization of IO’s and allocations
• Participation of FAT for major control systems as well as subsystems and vendor PLC’s
• Fox Draw and Wonderware Control HMI Configuration (Graphics developing Software),
• Control Software 6.x and above (FCS Galaxy), IACC Configuration, ICC Configuration, Wonderware Historian.
• Configuration of System Advisor Process Control
• Interface with Advanced Process control system and OPC.
• Application of various Serial Link using FDSI FBM’s and FDC
  280 on MODBUS Serial and TCP/IP for GUITOR’s battery Charger Units, BMS, Soot Blower, AB PLC, Siemens S7400 Series PLC, Bentley Nevada’s MMS system, Analyser shelters, ABB Intelligent Electrical devices, CCS systems, etc. Third Party Integration and Interface with IA systems
• Foundation Field bus Devices Engineering and Configuration – (Configuration & Commissioning from Host Station)
• Witnessing SAT, Loop and Function test for DCS/ ESD/ BMS/ F&G system/Khrone Fiscal Metering system/ ABB Analyser/ Machine monitoring system.
• Commissioning, Start up, operations & maintenance of ICs system
