📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗋𝗶𝗉𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
We are seeking an expert Audio-Visual (AV) Consultant to spearhead the design, specification, and integration of cutting-edge, large-scale AV systems for iconic venues such as stadiums, arenas, and corporate campuses. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in acoustic modeling, giant LED displays, and IP networked infrastructure to create world-class experiences. This senior role involves developing comprehensive technical documentation, from signal flow diagrams to network schematics, ensuring all solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the highest industry standards.

You will lead projects from conception through commissioning, coordinating with engineers, IT teams, and venue operators to deliver systems that exceed client expectations. Your proficiency in EASE/Soundvision, timing & scoring solutions, and video-over-IP will be critical to your success in this role. • Minimum 10 years of professional AV consulting and design experience focused on large venues like stadiums, arenas, or corporate campuses.
• Proven expertise in acoustic modeling using EASE, Soundvision, or similar software for system optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and specification of giant LED video display systems, scoreboards, and videowall solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking for AV systems, including audio-over-IP (Dante, AES
  67) and video-over-IP (NDI, SMPTE 2110).
• Experience in designing and integrating timing & scoring solutions with AV systems and broadcast networks.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation, including schematics, signal flow diagrams, and network diagrams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience overseeing the commissioning, tuning, and final verification of complex AV systems.

• AVIXA CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design) or CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation) certification.
• Dante Level 3 Certification.
• Manufacturer certifications from L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, Daktronics, Q-SYS, or Extron.
• Excellent technical presentation and client communication skills.
• Strong project lifecycle management experience for large-scale AV deployments.
