• Contribute to the technical requirements of a PPP Project and provide advice to the client
• Conduct analysis on the optimization of land use within project areas ensuring adherence to zoning regulations environmental impact and community needs are met.
• Assist in the development of feasibility studies for Tourism facilities such as hotels beaches resorts and entertainment in the project development phase.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders such as architects engineers and other stakeholders to review designs of infrastructure elements including transportation networks public spaces and utilities.
• Study and research existing tourism and beachfront facilities accommodations in the State of Qatar including applicable local laws and regulations governing such sites.
• Prepare conceptual design reports and presentations and present to the Client internal and external project stakeholders
• Prepare presentations technical briefs and present to external and internal stakeholders at all levels to report progress and accomplish the clients PPP program goals.

• Tourism facility beach resorts other entertainment services PPP Project experience during preconstruction and procurement phase
• Experience creating comprehensive plans for the development of hotels resorts and beach fronts.
• Experience in assessing and planning the optimal land use for hotels resorts beach fronts and entertainment facilities
• Experience in sustainable planning and environmentally friendly design.
• Experience working with local communities and stakeholders to ensure the developments meet their needs and expectations.
• Experience working with PPP Projects in the Operational phase is considered a strong asset
• Experience working with PPP Project Agreements and RFPs
• Experience with advising clients during all stages of a PPP Project
• Experience with Tourism facilities and associated venues PPP projects during construction and operational phase is a strong asset for this role.

• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize land use environmental impact and community needs and to develop effective urban planning strategies.
• Experience in urban planning and development particularly in large scale infrastructure or mixeduse development projects.
• Working knowledge of local and/or regional Qatar/GCC construction safety and environmental regulations
• Working knowledge of the Tourism industry and tourism facilitiesrelated project management is considered an asset.
• Researchoriented individual with attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently to firm deadlines and to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Enjoy working in a fastpaced collaborative team environment.
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure with dynamic deadlines.
• Ability to work in a multicultural work environment and build effective relationships.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to develop dynamic stories and present analyses are required.
• Well developed written communication skills in the preparation of presentations technical reports correspondence and proposals are mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Exposure to and experience with Clients under client facing roles.

• Bachelors or masters degree in Civil Engineering Urban Planning Construction Management or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of postgraduate work experience is required.
