We specialize in Process Safety Management (PSM) training, audit, Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and facility siting among other consulting services for the oil, gas, chemical, LNG, petrochemical, renewables and hydrogen industries.

Acutech Consulting Group is growing rapidly and seeking highly qualified and motivated Process Safety Consultants in Qatar to assist with our expansion. Candidates will work on challenging projects for the world’s and region’s largest corporations and will be based primarily in Qatar, KSA and other GCC countries. • Work directly with clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management.
• Apply engineering and problem‑solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives.
• Seek out leadership and growth opportunities while working independently and under direction of senior engineers.
• Handle multiple work assignments and projects simultaneously.

• Senior Consultant: 10‑15 years experience; lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and develop business.
• Consultant: 5‑10 years experience; self‑motivated and independent, handle multiple assignments, seek professional growth.
• All Roles:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection or safety engineering.
  • Relevant experience in process safety management or engineering design in manufacturing, operations or consulting.
  • Ability to develop consulting business: proposals, presentations and client service commitments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation and client communication skills.
  • Experience developing, implementing or managing PSM programs, plans, procedures, specifications and training workshops.
  • Proven experience working in brownfield operating environments.

• PSM Technical Services: PHA, risk assessment, HAZID, What‑If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, LOPA, Bowtie, ALARP, EERA, ESSA, 3‑D F&G mapping, safety‑critical equipment identification.
• Safety Instrumented Systems: SIL assessment based on IEC 61511 and related standards.
• Quantitative Risk Assessment Studies: QRA, occupied‑building risk assessment, toxic‑gas risk assessment, fire & explosion risk assessment.
• Familiarity with Qatar Energy MAHM Framework, Saudi ARAMCO standards, and experience in the Middle East.
• Existing client connections and the ability to generate new business.
