Lead instrumentation installation activities including cable laying termination glanding and grounding with a focus on safety quality and efficiency.
Supervise the installation calibration and testing of cutting-edge field instruments (flow pressure level temperature etc.).
Ensure flawless execution of works aligned with QCS 2014 and Ashghal standards.
Act as the go-to technical authority reviewing drawings interpreting specifications and guiding the site team.
Collaborate with civil mechanical and electrical teams to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
Drive HSE excellence ensuring a safe working environment for everyone on site.
Report on progress through clear concise and insightful reports to project management.
Play a key role during commissioning supporting loop checks and functional tests to bring systems to life.
Mentor and guide site teams helping develop the next generation of skilled technicians.
Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
1012 years of hands‑on experience in instrumentation works for infrastructure/utility projects.
Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on quality coordination and deadlines
.Expert knowledge of QCS 2014 & Ashghal standards a must.
Confident in reading instrument drawings loop diagrams cable schedules and technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Ability to produce professional technical reports and clear project correspondence.
Practical experience managing site execution team productivity and subcontractor coordination.
Prior experience on Ashghal or government infrastructure projects
.Valid Qatar Driving License
.Familiarity with QHSE practices and documentation.
