INGAZ, a leading engineering and industrial services company operating across the MENA region, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development and client relationship activities in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas
, with a proven record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new opportunities within EPCs, end users, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy for the oil and gas sector in Qatar.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with EPC contractors, refineries, and industrial clients.
- Manage and expand relationships with key customers and principals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and tender submission to negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with the technical and tendering teams to ensure competitive proposals and compliance with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in Qatar’s oil and gas industry.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to management.
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and reporting standards.
- Represent INGAZ in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
- Mentor and guide junior sales engineers in the Qatar office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration
, or a related field (Engineering preferred). - 10–15 years of sales experience in the oil and gas sector
, including 5+ years in a managerial or key account leadership role. - Proven experience with industrial materials, valves, instrumentation, or mechanical/electrical equipment sales to oil and gas clients.
- Strong existing network within Qatar Energy, QP, EPCs, and oil and gas sector contractors
. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
- Based in Doha, Qatar
