We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Consultant to support a long-term Facilities and Real Estate Management program based in Qatar
.

This role requires strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier
, FM RES Model
, and end‑to‑end facilities lifecycle processes, including building surveys, maintenance planning, and asset operations
. The consultant will work onsite and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams involved in real estate, facilities, and operations management.

Nature of the tasks:

  • Lead and support Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations for Facilities Management and Real Estate use cases
  • Configure and apply FM RES Model in line with operational and maintenance requirements
  • Support facilities lifecycle processes, including building surveys, inspections, and maintenance planning
  • Define, document, and optimize maintenance strategies, workflows, and best practices
  • Collaborate with real estate, engineering, and operations teams to deliver effective FM solutions
  • Assess existing facilities processes and recommend system and operational improvements
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with Facilities Management standards
  • Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical expertise:

  • Oracle Primavera Unifier (mandatory – hands‑on implementation experience)
  • Facilities Management (FM) RES Model
  • Facilities lifecycle management (surveying, maintenance, asset management)
  • Real Estate and Facilities Management processes and systems
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Professional experience:

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Management Consultant / FM Systems Consultant
  • Hands‑on implementation experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier
  • Experience with in the Real Estate sector
    , specifically related to building surveying and maintenance
  • Experience working on enterprise or long‑term consulting engagements.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Work Setup: Onsite
