Senior / Lead Civil & Structural Designer

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil & Structural Designer to lead design activities on major Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools and processes.

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in engineering or design.
• Minimum 10‑15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas design engineering, experience in Qatar.
• Proficiency in design software including Micro Station, AutoCAD, SP3D, PDMS, PDS, and E3D.
• Strong knowledge of discipline‑specific layouts and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Qatar Energy standards, international engineering codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Lead and manage a team of Designers and Draftsmen across multiple disciplines.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily design tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings across disciplines.
• Maintain cost‑effective practices when updating or creating engineering documents.
• Ensure high‑quality, presentable, and accurate drawings that meet project and client standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to company and client safety standards within the design team.
