Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years (for Engineer) or 10–15 years (for Supervisor) of experience in drilling and/or workover operations.
- Supervise daily drilling and workover operations on the rig site to ensure they are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with the approved program.
- Lead and coordinate rig crew and service company personnel.
