• Engineering degree with 10 years’ experience in project execution preferably in an Engineering / EPIC firm.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools especially MS Excel/Power BI.
• At least 7 years’ experience in handling FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.
• Knowledge in EPIC work processes.
• Experience in Middle East countries is an advantage.
• Certification in project management eg: PMI, AACE or equivalent (Nice to have).

• To develop a schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy.
• To plan in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
• To define and optimize the necessary resources (E‑P‑C‑I).
• To define the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, time‑schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc).
• To define for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a contract duration realistic and feasible for execution by Technip Energies.
• Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of Project Planning & scheduling system.
• To define the Project Breakdown Structures.
• To support client approval process of the Schedule Baseline by providing accurate data.
• To get client approval of progress claimed or milestones achieved in order to enable invoicing.
• To increase project team member’s awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths.
• To monitor and control the project status, detect any delay and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent delays.
• To estimate the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the Extension of Time analysis, in case of delay due to client.
• To provide Project Feedback and Lessons Learned to improve the Planning & Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning Department.
• To manage the Planning & Scheduling team (if any), mainly on small and middle size projects.
