Telecom & Control Engineer
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with strong exposure to oil & gas or industrial projects. In-depth experience in project design coordination, vendor interface, and engineering documentation review and approval.
Proficient in reviewing ITB scope, FEED deliverables, DBM, and MTO, ensuring alignment with project and contractual requirements.
Skilled in evaluating technical offers from consultants and vendors, raising clarifications, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Responsible for supporting procurement and construction teams through Engineering Service Requests (ESRs) and residual engineering deliverables.
Adept at performing and reviewing design calculations, data sheets, technical bid evaluations (TBE), specifications, and material take-offs.
