Current Opportunity:
Maintenance Method Data Analyst - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a Maintenance Method Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves:

  • Promoting an incident-free environment and mindset within the team and beyond.
  • Supporting the execution team (Base Ops, CPN/SD & FM) in backlog management.
  • Updating and developing maintenance processes.
  • Suggesting organizational or master data changes to improve maintenance backlog management.
  • Following up with execution teams on Base Ops Opportunities Outages to ensure priorities are addressed.
  • Reviewing planning achievements and efficiency, proposing improvements.
  • Analyzing KPIs from the Maintenance Management System.
  • Reviewing and providing input on Preventative Maintenance Strategies.
  • Ensuring visibility of workload and execution status for the Maintenance and Inspection team.
  • Updating and analyzing KPI data during weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings.
  • Supporting SECE dashboard follow-up and reporting.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).
    Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years offshore experience with on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
    Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
