• Deliver engaging, play‑based learning aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development
• Observe, assess, and document progress in line with school expectations
• Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and early years team

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification with an Early Years specialism (e.g. PGCE, BEd, EYFS)
• Hold a degree aligned with Early Years / Primary Education
• Have experience teaching within an EYFS or British early years framework
• Demonstrate creativity, warmth, and excellent classroom practice
• Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth
• International experience is advantageous but not essential
