• BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies
• Advanced Degree or Certification in Educational Leadership
• Previous leadership in EYFS
• Experience teaching the British EYFS Curriculum
• An effective, dynamic leader & positive role model for staff and students
• Experience of managing staff & undertaking performance reviews
