Position: Part Time Bilingual ( English and Arabic) Business Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual (English & Arabic) Business Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high‑impact corporate training programs. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating engaging sessions that enhance professional effectiveness, communication skills, leadership capability, and workplace performance.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual (English & Arabic) Business Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high‑impact corporate training programs. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating engaging sessions that enhance professional effectiveness, communication skills, leadership capability, and workplace performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor‑led training programs in English and Arabic
    .
  • Facilitate workshops on topics such as:
  • Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Time Management & Productivity
  • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation along with CV Readiness
  • Customize content based on client requirements.
  • Conduct pre‑training assessments and post‑training evaluations.
  • Ensure high participant engagement and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Provide detailed training reports and feedback summaries.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate training experience
    .
  • Proven experience delivering soft skills training to corporate clients.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience working with government or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
