Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, and evaluate safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance across all levels of the organization.
- Design training modules covering topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response, PPE usage, and compliance with company and local regulations.
- Maintain updated training materials and assess employee understanding through tests or practical evaluations.
- Prepare periodic training performance reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in employee behavior and performance.
- Certified Train the Trainer qualification.
- In-depth understanding of HSE principles, policies, and local regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting safety training in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
