• Competitive Salary: QAR
  10,500 to QAR
  12,000 per month.

• Developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Providing emotional and social support to students, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with school policies.

• A recognized teaching qualification, preferably with a specialisation in Special Education Needs (SEN).
• Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and behavioural challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

• Preparing lesson plans and adapting teaching materials to meet individual student needs.
• Conducting one-on-one and group sessions to support learning objectives.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to provide a holistic approach to education.
• Engaging with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
