Mechanical Training Supervisor & Lead Instructor

A leading aerospace and defense company located in Doha is looking for a Training Instructor Supervisor Mechanical. The role involves supervising the training instructors and ensuring the effective delivery of Type training. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 3 training qualification or higher and have relevant qualifications in aircraft maintenance. This role will also encompass the assessment of trainee performance and ensuring that safety procedures are adhered to throughout the training process.
