The Site Doctor will be responsible for providing medical support and emergency care to workers and personnel on a construction site. This role requires a qualified medical professional experienced in handling site-related emergencies such as electrocution, fractures, falls, and other trauma incidents. The doctor will ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and provide immediate treatment and stabilization as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to site personnel.
- Manage medical emergencies, including trauma, fractures, and accident-related injuries.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor workers fitness for duty.
- Maintain medical records and prepare health reports for site management.
- Coordinate with hospitals and emergency services when advanced care is needed.
- Advise site management on occupational health and safety matters.
- Ensure the clinic and medical equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
Experience:
- Education:
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) - Experience:
Minimum of 10 years, preferably in emergency and trauma care related to construction site incidents - Certifications:
Immediate Life Support (ILS) / Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) license - Nationality:
Open to all nationalities except Pakistan, China, Egypt, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, and Lebanon
