- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years in preparing drawings - High end Fit out working for 5‑star Hotel projects.
- Immediate joiners with UPDA preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
- Strong design coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High‑rise building experience.
- .Focus on fit‑out and interior works experience.
- To design plans and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure that designs meet client requirements, local authority regulations, safety standards and project timelines.
- Prepare architectural design drawings, layouts and specifications.
- Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and authorities.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and samples.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
- Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction.
