- Job Function Co-ordinator
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will supervise Managed Print Services (MPS) sites to ensure compliance with signed agreements and assist Client Service Supervisor to update customers’ files, in addition to inventory management per site.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monthly meter reading collection, consolidation, and submission of client sites.
Perform periodically MPS site visits, to monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
Conduct checks on cleanness and general condition of all machines and surroundings during site visits.
Assist Projects team during projects implementations, by performing change management activities and conducting end users’ training and go lives.
Monitor usage rates and consumption, to have optimum replenishment level on timely basis.
Process consumables orders and maintain consumables stock and Inventory Report.
Fully understand the customer requirements to support them.
Handle escalations if needed and further escalate if required.
Log service calls with Canon Helpdesk, if required and follow up on any pending issues.
Provide pleasant, courteous, and professional customer relations.
Professional communications with customers.
Professional response in handling customer queries
Comply with all customer security rules and regulations
QualificationsEngineering Degree or Diploma (electronics, mechanics and software) preferred
Relevant experience in the service industry
Experience in understanding and following health and safety guidelines
Good customer service and communication skills.
Good commercial insight and business acumen
